Our families time at the Cedar Valley Resort was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our entire stay at the resort. The cabin was very clean and had comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Our family rented bikes and tubes, and took full advantage of the outdoor games that are provided with the reservation. The resort is peaceful, relaxing, fun, and family friendly. We have already booked the same cabin for next summer. We would 100% recommend the Cedar Valley Resort!

Cedar Valley is a wonderful place to gather with friends or family in the middle of all that the Lanesboro area has to offer. The facility is great, but the owners and staff are even better. We will continue to return in the years to come.

What a great find! Rooms are spacious & quiet. Well built. Good bathroom to participant ratio. We loved the extra space in the community room in Northwoods. Large eating table. Kitchen is stocked- plates, bowls, glasses (including wine), stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, convenient outdoor activities. Friendly staff that follows through. Nature abounds.

We had such a wonderful time here. The cabin was comfortable, spacious and spotless. We had everything we could want or need in the well-appointed kitchen. It was so nice to have the extra beds in two rooms for the grandkids. The extra living space in the loft was great too. Loved the big windows overlooking the beautiful grounds and the birds visiting the feeders. Big covered porch and a really nice fire pit. So much to do - playgrounds and lots of yard games. The kids were happily entertained. A perfect getaway for our families!

Cedar Valley was an excellent place to have our large family gathering. We were celebrating our dad's 90th birthday and people came from all over the country and were very pleased with the resort. It was an easy drive from the Minneapolis airport. Cedar Valley has a beautiful setting and there were so many activities to do. There was something for all ages. We rented the Retreat Center and that was perfect for holding our meals so we could all be together. The service was excellent. We will return!!

Another great stay (4th year) for our group of retired college roomies. Big Cedar accommodates us well and the setting is so beautiful. The kitchen provides what we need and the cabin/grounds are kept very clean and well tended. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. We also enjoy the local wildlife, biking/walking paths and shopping. Our group looks forward to returning here again next year.

You will never experience anything better than Cedar Valley. This year was our tenth stay. We are a group of 6 nurses who graduated in 1972 and have been getting together yearly since. After finding Cedar Valley we only just simply return, no need to look further. Everything is immaculate. We stay in the same unit every year and it looks brand new every time we return. The owners and staff take pride in their resort and it shows. They are all so kind and just good people. The location is just beautiful. Many activities for all ages. You can do your own meals in the large kitchens or enjoy a meal out. I cannot think of anything negative, it is definitely perfect.

Cedar Valley Resort is like a little slice of heaven in the valley! The cabins are lovely - cozy with a fireplace, plenty of room, and all of the amenities you could need. The bird feeders outside our window kept us quite entertained with so many different beautiful birds. There are so many outdoor activities to choose from. The service is top notch - the owners treat you like family. We are definitely repeat visitors for a reason - amazing service and amenities. You will not regret a stay at this beautiful resort!
